Your clients’ premium-air desk.
Sell business and first class without running an air desk. You keep the client. We source the fare, ticket it and handle the changes. You get paid.
Answers, before you ask.
The five things every advisor wants to know before sending us a client.
You earn a share of the margin on every booking, not a token percentage of the ticket. So premium cabins pay like premium cabins.
You sell the trip. We do the air.
One fare specialist behind you, from the first message to the ticket.
See it before you sell it.
Your share is agreed with you in writing before your first booking. Each quote shows your earnings in dollars, so you know what a trip is worth to you before your client sees a price.
We’re opening the program to 25 founding advisors: preferred terms while active, a direct line to the desk, and a say in the partner tools.
We work behind you. Never around you.
We never contact your clients
Every message reaches your client through you: quotes, tickets, schedule changes. Their details are used to issue the ticket, nothing else.
We never go around you
If your client ever reaches us directly, we send them back to you. Their next trip is yours to sell.
Every booking carries your name
Each booking is tied to your agency and your advisor ID, so a repeat client is always on your account.

No GDS or IATA number needed to start. Strongest on business and first class from the USA and Canada to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.
The fine print, in plain words.
Anything else, ask us in your application. A fare specialist answers.
No. On the managed path you send us the trip and we do the booking, so you need no GDS, no IATA or ARC number and no ticketing setup.
We book and ticket every fare (Cloud Fares, operated by Onward Travel LLC). Depending on the fare, the charge on your client’s statement may come from Cloud Fares, the airline or the consolidator that holds the fare. Either way, it’s a standard ticket on the operating airline.
You earn a share of the margin on each booking: what your client pays, less the airline or consolidator cost of the ticket, card processing and any adjustments we agree in advance. Your rate is agreed with you in writing before your first booking, and every quote shows your earnings in dollars before you send it.
After the ticket is issued, on a regular payout schedule set out in your partner agreement. Each payout lists the bookings it covers.
No. We work behind you and never contact your clients. Tickets, schedule changes and disruption updates come to you, and you pass them on in your own words.
Net fares with your own markup are available to qualified agencies, on request. Tell us about your agency in the application and we will talk it through.
Cloud Fares is a registered California Seller of Travel (Reg. No. 2173409-70) and the seller on every booking we ticket. Rules for advisors differ by state, so check the requirements where you are based; we are glad to share our registration details with you or your host agency.
