Fly into Haneda
Tokyo International Cruise Terminal (Aomi) is about 15 minutes from Haneda (HND); Yokohama’s Osanbashi Pier is 30–50 minutes. From Narita (NRT) both are 60–90 minutes or more — so Haneda is the airport to choose.
Arrive a day early
Long-haul flights from North America land after a night in the air. Arrive the day before embarkation: it absorbs a delay and gives you a full night’s sleep before sailing.
