Terms & Conditions

The rules and guidelines governing the use of our services.

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to cloud-fares.com (the "Website"), operated by Onward Travel LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company with its principal address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #22411, Casper, WY 82609 ("Cloud Fares," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website, our services, and interactions with our team. By accessing and using the Cloud Fares Website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Description

Cloud Fares provides a premium travel concierge service that connects travelers with discounted business and first class airfare. Our services include:

  • Personalized flight quote requests and fare comparisons
  • Access to private and consolidator fares not available to the general public
  • Expert travel consultation with dedicated agents
  • Booking management and itinerary support
  • Multi-airline and mixed-cabin itinerary construction
  • 24/7 customer support for trip modifications and emergencies

Cloud Fares acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines. Final ticket issuance and travel are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines.

3. DOT Fare Advertising Compliance

In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (14 CFR Part 399), Cloud Fares adheres to the following fare advertising practices:

  • All fares displayed on our Website include the base fare and all mandatory carrier-imposed surcharges. Government-imposed per-passenger taxes and fees are itemized separately and clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • Fares are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a ticket has been issued. Quoted prices may change between the time of the quote and the time of ticketing.
  • Fare restrictions — including non-refundability, change fees, advance purchase requirements, minimum/maximum stay requirements, and blackout dates — are disclosed with each fare offer prior to purchase.
  • Baggage fees vary by airline and fare class and are not included in the quoted fare. Passengers are directed to the operating airline's website for current baggage fee schedules.
  • Codeshare disclosure: If a flight is operated by a carrier other than the marketing carrier (codeshare arrangement), this will be clearly disclosed at the time the flight is offered for sale.
  • All advertised fares are round-trip per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking & Payments

When you request a quote and proceed with a booking through Cloud Fares:

  • Quoted prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed
  • A Cloud Fares service fee applies in addition to the airfare and is disclosed in writing before you authorize payment. The total amount you authorize equals the airfare, taxes and government fees, and the disclosed service fee — there are no hidden charges
  • Payment must be received in full before tickets are issued
  • We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers, and wire transfers for select bookings
  • Charges from Cloud Fares appear on your card statement under the descriptor "CLOUDFARES.COM" (or a substantially similar variant). If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at hello@cloud-fares.com before disputing it with your card issuer
  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Foreign currency conversions, where applicable, are made by your card issuer at their prevailing rate
  • You are responsible for ensuring all passenger names match government-issued identification exactly. Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline reissue fees

5. Opt-In for Optional Services

Cloud Fares respects your right to choose. Any optional services offered in connection with your booking — including but not limited to travel insurance, premium seat selection, airport lounge access, chauffeur transfers, or concierge add-ons — require your affirmative opt-in before being added to your booking. No optional services are pre-selected or automatically included. You will be clearly informed of the cost and terms of any optional service before you agree to purchase it.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the airline and fare type:

  • Many discounted fares are non-refundable or carry cancellation penalties as set by the issuing airline
  • Cloud Fares service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team
  • Processing times for refunds depend on the airline and typically range from 7 to 21 business days
  • Changes to confirmed bookings may incur airline change fees plus a Cloud Fares processing fee
  • We will make every effort to inform you of all applicable penalties before processing cancellations or changes

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@cloud-fares.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. Cloud Fares reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed with a credit card company and may provide documentation including communication records, booking confirmations, signed agreements, and service delivery records to support our position. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for services that were properly authorized and delivered may result in collection action and/or legal proceedings. We maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of Cloud Fares services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for all booking requests
  • Ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, and travel documentation required for their itinerary
  • Review all booking confirmations carefully and report any errors immediately
  • Comply with airline rules, regulations, and conditions of carriage
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or booking references

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cloud Fares Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Onward Travel LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Website without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cloud Fares acts as an agent facilitating travel arrangements and is not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines
  • Losses arising from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events)
  • Errors in information provided by airlines or third-party travel providers
  • Personal injury, property damage, or other losses during travel
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid to Onward Travel LLC for the relevant booking.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Cloud Fares services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. We ask that you contact us at hello@cloud-fares.com and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for us to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached through good-faith negotiation, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Casper, Wyoming. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Seller of Travel

Onward Travel LLC is registered as a Seller of Travel where required by law. Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the state. Current registration numbers are displayed in the footer of our Website and are updated as registrations are obtained. If you have questions about our registrations, please contact us at legal@cloud-fares.com.

14. Payment Authorization & Statement Descriptor

By submitting payment information to Cloud Fares, you represent that you are the authorized cardholder (or have written authorization from the cardholder — see Section 16), and you authorize Onward Travel LLC to charge the disclosed total to your selected payment method.

  • Charges may occur in two stages: an authorization (hold) at the time of quote acceptance, followed by a final capture when the airline ticket is issued. The hold typically falls off within 5–7 business days if a ticket is not issued
  • You authorize Cloud Fares to charge additional amounts only with your separate written approval — for example, an airline change fee plus our processing fee for a date change you request after ticketing
  • The descriptor that will appear on your card statement is "CLOUDFARES.COM" or a substantially similar variant identifying Onward Travel LLC
  • Cloud Fares does not store, process, or transmit full primary account numbers (PAN) on its own systems. All cardholder data is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. Where card details are exchanged outside our online checkout (for example, by phone or wire-transfer authorization form), they are entered directly into the processor's secure environment and not retained by Cloud Fares
  • In line with industry standards, Cloud Fares may use 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey) to verify your identity at the time of payment. Failure to complete 3-D Secure verification when prompted may result in the booking not being processed

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Fulfillment & Delivery

After your payment is captured and your ticket is issued, Cloud Fares delivers the booking electronically. There are no physical goods shipped.

  • Standard delivery: e-tickets are issued and emailed within 24 hours of payment capture, and often within 2 hours during U.S. business hours (9am–6pm Mountain Time, Monday–Friday)
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing your airline booking reference (PNR), e-ticket number(s), full itinerary, and a contact for support
  • In rare cases — for example, if the fare requires manual issuance by an airline's consolidator desk over the weekend — issuance may take up to 72 hours. We will notify you as soon as we identify any expected delay and you may cancel for a full refund (including the service fee) if you choose not to wait
  • It is your responsibility to verify that all details on the e-ticket (passenger names, dates, routing, cabin) match what you booked, and to notify us of any discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt

16. Eligibility & Cardholder Authorization

To book through Cloud Fares, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Bookings for unaccompanied minors are subject to the operating airline's rules; please contact us before booking
  • If the cardholder is not traveling on the booked itinerary, the cardholder must complete and sign a Credit Card Authorization Form provided by Cloud Fares, including a copy of a government-issued photo ID and the front of the card (with all but the last four digits redacted) before we can issue the ticket. This requirement protects both the cardholder and Cloud Fares against unauthorized use
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information matching what is on file with your card issuer; mismatches may cause the authorization to be declined

17. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Cloud Fares services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of bookings, forfeiture of any service fees paid, and may be reported to law enforcement and card-network fraud databases:

  • Using a payment card without the express authorization of the cardholder
  • Submitting false, stolen, or synthetic identity information
  • Booking with the intent to file a chargeback after travel has been completed ("friendly fraud")
  • Reselling or transferring tickets in violation of the operating airline's conditions of carriage
  • Using our services to facilitate human trafficking, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or authentication features of our Website (including 3-D Secure)
  • Automated scraping, harvesting of fares, or any non-human use of the Website without prior written consent

We reserve the right to refuse service, void any booking, and retain documentation for fraud-prevention purposes when we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of this section.

18. Force Majeure

Cloud Fares is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or public-health emergencies, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes (including airline and airport personnel), aviation industrial action, fuel shortages, airspace closures, cyberattacks affecting airline or GDS systems, and failures of critical third-party infrastructure. In a Force Majeure Event, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining refunds or rebookings from the airline under that airline's policy, but Cloud Fares' own service fees remain non-refundable except where the booking has not yet been ticketed.

19. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Detailed information about cancellations, refund eligibility, processing timelines, and change fees is available in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy at cloudfares.com/refund-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking through Cloud Fares, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to that policy.

20. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at cloudfares.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
