Singapore Airlines has formalised personal concierge assistance as a permanent benefit for Suites and First Class flyers at Singapore Changi Airport.
The ground service covers passengers from check-in all the way to the aircraft door. While travelers flying Suites have previously experienced portions of this care on an ad-hoc basis—such as escorts from the lounge to a buggy and onward to the gate—the carrier is now making the full escort an official standard.
