NHC Issues Second Advisory for Tropical Depression Nine

The National Hurricane Center in Miami has issued its second forecast discussion for Tropical Depression Nine.

According to forecasters, the system's convective organization remains largely unchanged from the prior advisory. Most of the associated deep convection continues to sit slightly north of the estimated surface center.
