British Airways is preparing a series of ground-level improvements across London Heathrow Terminals 3 and 5 over the coming years.
At Terminal 5, where the carrier runs operations across the A, B, and C gates, long-haul departures from the furthest satellite pier have historically lacked a dedicated lounge. BA plans to change that by opening a lounge at the C gates, alongside a refresh of its Terminal 5 arrivals lounge.
Over at Terminal 3, First Class passengers can expect a dedicated check-in area created in tandem with American Airlines.
