British Airways Overhauls First Class Soft Product

British Airways has introduced an extensive refresh across its First Class cabin. The update touches nearly every touchpoint of the inflight routine, covering food and beverage service, the tableware it arrives on, and the sleep experience.

Passengers will also see updated bedding, fresh pyjamas, and restyled amenity kits. It represents the airline's most substantial overhaul of its First Class soft product since 2019.
